Returns Policy

We at Shilajit Mining strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we have a returns and refunds policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns and Refunds: Our general policy is to accept returns if the packaging is not opened as this is a food item , we do notissue refunds, or offer exchanges unless the item is damaged once the packaging has been opened . Examples of damage include cracked or damaged jars, empty jars, missing or incomplete Shilajit resin, and resin that has leaked. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it by sending an email to : help@shilajitmining.com

Timeframe for Returns: You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return providing the packaging is not opened.

Proof of Damage: To process a return for a damaged item, we kindly request that you provide us with clear images that clearly demonstrate the damage.

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: In the event that you return a product that has been damaged due to improper packing or is not returned in its original packaging, a restocking fee of £28/- may be charged.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it thoroughly and notify you of its receipt. After careful inspection, we will promptly inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The timeframe for you to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
